Frequently asked questions

How does the trial work?
14 days on monthly or annual. A payment method is required when you create the subscription. It converts to paid at day 14 unless you cancel in the product. One trial per clinic.
Who do we pay for?
Only clinical veterinarian seats are billable. Practice staff (managers, technicians, CSRs, and similar roles) are included with no seat charge and no seat limit.
How does pricing differ by country?
Listed amounts are fixed local prices for clinics in that country, not live currency conversions. Choose the country where your clinic is located. Currency is locked for the subscription term.
Can we add or remove veterinarians later?
Adding a veterinarian is prorated and invoiced promptly; seats co-terminate to the renewal date. Removing a veterinarian takes effect at period end. Seats can be reassigned. Annual seats are committed for the 12-month term.
Can we switch between monthly and annual?
Monthly to annual is allowed mid-cycle per product policy. Annual to monthly is only at renewal. Switching during the trial preserves remaining trial days.
When should we choose Enterprise?
If you need a custom quote (for example multi-location groups, procurement processes, or commercial terms that don't fit self-serve Standard), contact us. Standard remains the listed per-vet pricing for most clinics.
